Product Description

Oil Coolers are generally used for cooling of oil, which gets heated up in gear boxes, ID fans, extrusion press, couplings, rotating shafts etc. We carry out thermal, mechanical design and then manufacture the entire ranges of Oil Coolers suitable for Gear Boxes manufactured by M/S Elecon, Greaves, Shanthi Gears, Walchandnagar etc for their different capacities Gear Boxes. These Coolers are manufactured as per the codes specified by the customer like TEMA RCB and ASME Codes.

Generally the Oil Coolers are manufactured out of the Carbon Steel and Copper/Admiralty/Stainless Steel/Cupro-Nickel (90:10)/Cupro-Nickel(70:30) Tubes depending upon the type of cooling water available.

We also have data regarding the various Oil Coolers supplied with various Gear Boxes from gear Box manufacturers. In that case we confirm our design and parameters vis a vis the existing ones and manufacture the same.

We carry out the manufacture of Oil Coolers exactly as per the Client's existing Coolers. For the same we depute our technical representative to Client's Site, examine the Cooler and manufacture the new Oil Cooler exactly as per the existing ones. This basically ensures that the new Oil Cooler is exactly inter-changeable with the old ones.
