Kettle Evaporators

We manufacture kettle evaporators, where the liquid enters at the evaporator head and is evenly distributed into heating tubes. Key features include:

  • Thin Film Evaporation – Ensures efficient heat transfer and controlled vaporization.
  • Steam Heating – Uses steam to facilitate evaporation.
  • Parallel Flow System – Both product and vapor move downward due to gravity, enhanced by co- current vapor flow.
  • Efficient Separation – The concentrated product and vapor are separated in the lower section of the heat exchanger.
